Using Blentech's machines for Vegetables

Ribbon Agitator System: 

General, All-purpose mixers.  Medium shear forces and good mixing.

Single agitator mixers normally utilize a double helix ribbon agitator with an outer ribbon moving product toward the discharge and an inner ribbon mixing product in the opposite direction. 

Mixing is more gentle than with solid flights as there is more slippage and open area between agitators.

Typical applications include soups, soups with IQF particulates, dry powders, vegetable slurries, many meat formulations, and products that cannot withstand the high level of shear that solid flights impart such as cold natural cheeses prior to cooking where too much mechanical ‘work’ will cause the product to separate into components.
