Using Blentech's machines for Soups & Sauces

Twin Shaft Agitator Cooker/Mixer:  These are required for more difficult to mix products, thicker, viscous, and/or stickier slurries that are not free flowing.  Typical products include cheese, dough, hamburger, sauces, thick soup bases, pizza meat, sausage, and pastes, etc. 

 After charging, batch twin shaft machines are usually mixed with the agitators running in opposite directions.  This counter rotation forces product down in the center and up on the sides while moving the product horizontally around the mixer body creating high blending efficiency.  Agitation can be programmed for intermittent reversal (patented) in some applications to assure complete mixing and no ‘dead’ spots of product in the corners.  There are discharge doors at the end of each agitator, and both agitators can be directed to the doors for fast discharge.
