This development (PATENT applied for) is an improved vacuum marinating machine for products that have a short vacuum massaging cycle.  This new machine provides advantages in the amount of heat exchange area that is exposed to the product and at the same time provides a mechanical agitation action which improves the mechanical massaging process to increase the rate in which the product is chilled and the rate in which the liquid is absorbed into the meat products.  The result is an undamaged product with a maximum of liquid marinade absorbed and with the marinade and product reduced to a temperature close to freezing to improve the stabilization of the liquid in the meat matrix.


Vacuum Tumbler

The Blentech Vacuum Tumble-Mixer vane system is designed to provide the strengths of both the parallel vane and spiral vane systems because it:  (1) provides the optimum pressure fluctuations on the product as the product is compressed and then released as it spills over the vanes effectively massaging the air out without damaging it; (2) mixes the product completely from end-to-end in the tumbler drum; and (3) discharges the product quickly  -  even faster than the spiral vane.
   

 

Maritek - Marination System

The Maritek Meat Marination System is a revolutionary marinating concept that is continuous, non-vacuum, increases marinade pickup and tenderizes the meat product.  This system involves the continuous pre-conditioning of meat products by pressing the meat pieces between two flexible pads.  This pre-conditioning process (Multiple Patents Pending) ‘relaxes’ the meat fibers preparing them to absorb marinade.  The pre-conditioned meat is then conveyed into a continuous non-vacuum massager which tumbles the meat in marinade.
