Blentech has three distinct options for the massaging and marinating application for a wide range of products from whole muscle poultry and red meat to whole birds. Massaging & Marinating
Straight vane tumblers are predominately used for marination of products which are not susceptible to damage and that require aggressive handling in order to maximize on protien extraction and yield uptake. Blentech recommends this process for whole muscle poultry, rounds, navels, and other meats and cuts of meat that are shear-tolerant.
Spiral vane tumblers are most often used for products that require chilling prior to forming. The benefits of the Blentech spiral vane tumbler has proven results in many applications that require an aggresive yet gently marinate and massage action such as whole birds, bone-in products, and delicate meat cuts that are suceptible to break down through over-working.
Rotamassager(Paddle Mixer Configuration)
Blentech's state of the art Rotamassger offers a huge chilled surface area through a glycol-chilled wrapped jacket in conjunction with a uniquely designed paddle agitator. The agitator system comprises of a specially engineered hollow center shaft and large chilled paddle surface area using glycol as a chilling medium.
