Using Blentech's Patented "Full-Absorption" Continuous Cooker for cooking Pastas, rice & grains
The HydraTherm is the first, truly continuous, full-absorption rice cooking system capable of producing Asian-style rice and other ethnic rice dishes with restaurant-quality results. Full-Absorption cooking uses only the water necessary to realize a desired hydration rate; reducing usage while improving quality and consistency. The modular system can be customized to include bulk rice transfer, rice washing and soaking, metering liquid and particulate flavoring ingredients and post-cook cooling via chilled water or air. The patented HydraTherm defines state-of-the-art performance for the continuous production of high value-added rices like basmati and Asian "sticky rice and flavored rice dishes such as Spanish rice, rice pilaf, risotto and similar grain products where precision control of hydration is crucial to product quality.
